Drop Dead Sexy Tutorial

This Tutorial was written in Psp 9 but is compatible in any version of Psp.
Supplies used
Tube is the art of Ismael Rac which you must obtain a license to use his art.

Other supplies used
Template #3 created by me which you can get right here on the blog.
Scrap Kit used is Tiny Dancer by Lynn which you can get here.

Let's get started
Open up your template and remove the copyright layer.
Click on the rectangles layer and go to edit select all float-defloat
Add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a paper or color of choice.
Remove the template layer.
Add a shadow of choice.
Repeat this step using a different color or background for your other rectangles.

Next click on the Circle out line layer. Selections select all float-defloat add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a color or paper of choice.
Remove the outline layer.

Click inside of the circle-selections select all float-defloat.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a paper or color of choice.
Remove the circle layer but keep your marching ants inside your tag.

Add your tube to the circle, To remove any excess go to selections invert and hit delete. Then deselect and add a shadow of choice to your tube.

Use the Bad Dream to get the soft look if desired.

Open up your other elements and place them where desired.

Open up your rose and use the Encircle With your mura meister.
Place this around your circle on your tag.
Add your text and copyright to your tag and you are done.
