It was written in Psp 9 but is compatible in any version of psp.
Supplies used Art work is that of Keith Garvey. You must obtain a license to use his work, you can get this here.
Font of choice, I am using Chopin Script which is a free font.
Mask is by Monti, Blind mask which you can get at her site here.
I used the Scrap Kit Paris Chic designed by me which you can get here.
This is available in tagger size as well as full size.
Filters used is Xero Bad Dream and Mura's Meister copies.
Let's get started Open up a blank canvas 600x600 Open up your tube and minimize this in your psp.
Open up your Rose border and resize the canvas to about 800x800
Go to your Mura's Meister copies and follow the settings below.
Encircle
Shift Mode
Circle
Tile Mode Off
Blend Mode Normal Number-10
Now copy and paste this onto your blank canvas and add a shadow of choice.
Next place your scallop mat on top of the flower ring that you just created.
Use your magic wand tool and click inside of the frame and go to selections modify expand by 2.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a color or paper of your choice.
Open up the round stitching and place this around your background that you just created. Recolor this to fit your needs.
Add a shadow to the stitching and frame layers.
Open up your floral frame and place this as your top layer.
Open your leaves and place them at the side of the frame if you desire.
Add a shadow of choice.
Open up your Square frame and place this off to the right hand side of your tag and tuck it in below the top floral frame.
Using your magic wand tool click inside of the frame and go to selections modify expand by 2 add a new raster layer and flood fill this layer with a color of choice.
Keeping your marching ants inside of your frame add your tube.
To remove any excess tube go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard. On the tube layer use your Xero filter Bad Dream-default settings to get the effect that I have if you desire.
Next open up your Ribbon wrap of choice and place this as your top layer.
Place this towards the bottom of the square frame. Adding a shadow of choice.
Next open up your Bling heart and place this at the middle of the bow as your top layer. Duplicate the heart layer and Place this just below the bow.
On the top heart use your eraser tool to remove some of the heart to make it look as if it is hanging off of the ribbon.
Open up your tube and place this at the left hand side of your tag. I again used the Bad Dream filter to give her a softer look.
Open up your Butterfly and place this around the tag where desired.
Adding a shadow of choice.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a color of choice.
Place this as your bottom layer.
Use your mask on this layer.
Place your text and copy right on your tag.
Save your tag as a png and you are done.
