Filter used DSB Flux Noise

Let's get started
Open up your template in your psp and open up your supplies and Tube.
Click on the back circle on the template and go to edit select all float/defloat.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your paper or color of choice.
Remove the circle layer and add a shadow of choice.

Next remove the background from the frames and using your magic wand tool click inside of the frames and flood fill with a paper or color of choice.
Keep your marching ants around the insides of the frame and add your tube of choice to each of the frames. Delete any excess tube by going to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Next click on the frames layer in your layer palette and go to selections select all float/defloat and add a new layer. Flood fill this layer with your paper or color of choice. Add a shadow of choice to your frames.
Open up another paper of choice and click on your rectangles layer in the layer palette. Selections select all float/defloat and add a new layer. Flood fill this layer with the paper of color of choice.
Remove the template layer.

Open up your elements and place them on your tag where you desired.
Adding a shadow to each of the elements.
Write your text out and add your tube in the middle of the tag.
Add your copyright and merge visible layers.
Add your mask to your tag if you like.
Copy and paste your tag into AS and add animation of choice.
