This tutorial was written in psp 9.

Supplies :

I used the Kit called Noah and friends by Kristi which can be purchased at Here

Font : candy Bits is a free font from here, http://www.typenow.net/c.htm
Filter: SqirlzWaterReflection is a free filter you can have it from here, http://www.xiberpix.net/SqirlzReflect.html
I hope you have fun friends.

Open a canvas 600x600, transparent background, fill it with white, open 3 papers of your choice, with the preset shape tool set to circle make a big circle in the middle of your background using the plain blue background, convert to raster layer, make another circle this time bigger and using just the foreground with a paper of your choice and width 35, convert to raster layer, select, and modify the selection, expand by 3 add a new layer move down and fill it with another paper of your choice, deselect.

Now start building your tag, look mine if you want to do it alike or just have fun with the beautiful elements and do it your own way I am sure will be great .

Animation: Once your tag is done, save it as png file, Open the filter, go to file, open, and look for the png image you already saved, open it, Click on the icon for rain/snow and ripples, and chose just rain, Click on the icon to customize rain/snow then choose these settings (below)

Save as a .gif file

You can then open your tag in Animation Shop to adjust the speed, I adjusted to 10.

Thank you for trying my tut, if you have any questions please write to me.
