Place your Scallop in the middle of the canvas.
Pick your paper of choice that you want for the scallop.
Go back to the scallop and go to selections select all float-defloat.
Copy and paste your paper onto your scallop, to remove any excess go to selections invert and hit delete on the keyboard.
Remove the scallop shape and add a shadow of choice to the paper.
Next pick another paper of choice and place this as your pattern fill.
Using your Eclipse preset shape draw out a circle in the middle of the scallop.
Add a shadow of choice.
Next change your shape to the rectangle and x out your pattern fill and make your foreground a color of choice. Set the thickness of your square to around 20.
Draw out a frame in the middle of circle that you just created.
Click inside of the frame with the magic wand tool and go to selections modify expand by 2.
Add your image to the frame and place this just below the frame layer.
To remove any excess image go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Add a shadow of choice to the frame.
Next open up the tube that matches the image that you just used.
Place this as your top layer and place this so it is directly in line with the image.
Add a shadow of choice to the tube.
This gives it the 3 dimensional look.
After you have done this place your elements where desired on your tag.
Add a shadow to each one of your elements.
Place your text on your tag where you desire.
After you have done this place another tube of choice if desired.
Add a shadow.
Add a new raster layer and flood fill this layer with a color of your choice.
Place this as your bottom layer.
Open up your mask and minimize it. Go to Layers new mask layer from image.
In the drop down box find your mask. Click on it and make sure that the mask is inverted.
Once you have your mask on your tag go to your layer palette and go to grouped layers. Right click to ungroup. Then right click on the layer that says mask and delete. Check yes to the box that pops up.
