No Place Like Grandmas

This Tutorial was written by Kristi on 9-21-2009 If you would like to share this tutorial please link to our blog. This was done using Psp 9 and Animation shop but is compatible in any version of psp. Supplies used in this Tutorial Tube is by Suzanne Woolcott Which you must obtain a license to use her work.
You can get that here.
Font is Kingthings Xstitch available here
All other supplies are from the kit Grandmas House which was created by me. This is available in tagger sized.

Let's get started Open up your Supplies in your psp. We are going to work with the Embroidery hoop 2. Enlarge your canvas if needed.

Open up your house and place this in the middle of your hoop.
Lower the opacity of your house to around 80.
Open up your fence and your other elements that you might want in the hoop as well. Place them where desired and lower the opacity of these to fit your needs. Add a slight drop shadow to each of the elements.

Next open up your tube and place her inside of the hoop where desired and lower the opacity of her as well. Again add a slight drop shadow if desired.

Using your text of choice type out your name where you like it. Open up your needle and rotate this and place this on your hoop where desired.
Now using your brush tool we are going to make our thread. Set your brush to round and size 11 and hardness to 74. Set it to the color that matches your tag. Draw out a squiggly line to make your thread and place this at the opening of the needle.
Next open up your Grandma and place her on the outside of your tag.
Add a shadow of choice.
Open up the sewing basket and place this at her feet and fill it up with goodies of your choice. Add a shadow to each layer.
After you have your tag the way you like it, be sure to add your copyright.
Then Click on the grandma layer and rotate her to the right by about 5. Merge all visible layers.
Copy and paste into animation shop as a new animation Go back to your psp and edit undo the rotation and merge visible layers.
Copy and paste into animation shop after current animation.
Set your speed to around 50 and save as a gif and you are done.
I hope that you enjoyed this Tutorial
