Font of choice

The scrapkit I used was called Pixie Haven by me, which you can get here.
This kit is available in tagger size.

Ok let's get started...

This is a really easy tut. Open a canvas 650 x 650. Set your foreground to whatever color you want the frame outline to be. Background set to null. Make the width whatever you want it to be. Draw a rectangle in the middle of the canvas. Click inside the rectangle with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand x2. New layer. Now you can either fill this new layer with a bluish color to form sky or use a scrap paper in the kit. When filled selections none. Move this layer directly beneath the frame.

Working on a new layer each time decorate inside your frame. You want to place everything over the blue background within the frame. Arrange your hills how you want them, houses, flowers everything. Once happy add a soft drop shadow of choice to each layer.

Open rainbow of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. resize as needed. Arrange it so it is slightly off center. Open cloud and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange on the right end of the rainbow. Add a drop shadow of choice to the cloud and rainbow. Open glitter. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Place it coming out from the cloud on top of the rainbow where the cloud and rainbow meet.

Open heart air balloon. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange on the left side just off of the rainbow. Add ad rop shadow of choice.

Open tree of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Place outside the frame on the left corner. Place a fairy near it and decorate around it with ribbons and bow as happy. Add a drop shadow to each layer used.

Open ivy. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Decorate the bottom of the frame. I left an opening where the road was. When happy add a drop shadow of choice. Open another fairy of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Place to the right side on top of the ivy. Add a drop shadow of choice when happy.

Open doodle of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange how you want it to look peeking out from behind the frame. Once happy duplicate and mirror. Adjust as needed. Now send these layers both to the bottom beneath the frame and background inside the frame layers. Add a drop shadow of choice to both doodle layers.

Click on the top layer. New layer. Take your elipse selection tool and draw a small elipse. Fill with a color of choice. Selections none. Guassian blur 65. Arrange how you want it to look peeking out from the frame. Duplicate and flip. Rearrange as needed. Send both layers to the bottom.

Add your text where you are happy now. Apply any appropriate copyright information. Crop and resize as needed. Save as a png or jpeg and you're done.
