This was written in Psp 9 and animation shop.

Supplies used

Tubes are the art of Suzanne Woolcott which you must obtain a license to use her art.

You can get this here

All other supplies are from the kit A Bears Bedtime Story which was designed by me.

The Word at the top of the tag is from my word art that matches the kit.

You can get purchase this here. This kit is available in Full and Tagger sized.

Let's get started

Open up a white canvas 600x600

Open up your window and place this in the middle of your canvas.

The window is rotated so rotate it to set it straight if you desire.

Click inside of the openings of the window with your magic wand tool.
Go to selections modify expand by 4 and add a new raster layer.

Flood fill this with a color of your choice for your sky.

Place this as your bottom layer.

Next open up your Moon of choice and place this in the window.

Open up your clouds and place these where you desire.
Add a shadow to each of the elements.

Place all your elements on the inside of your window that you wish to have.

Adding a shadow to each of the elements.

Do not place the Teapot in just yet.

Next place your bed at the outside of the window.

Open up your tube of choice and place this on the bed.

Write your text where desired.
Add a shadow of choice to the text and tube.

Next open up the teapot ride and another tube of choice.

Place the tube below the teapot and merge these two layers.

Copy and paste them into your tag below the window layer but above all other layers.

Place this at the very bottom of your tag where it is hidden for the time being.

Open up your sparkles element and take your lasso tool and grab just one sparkle.

Place the sparkle at the left hand top of your tag below the window layer.

Merge all layers and copy and paste your tag into animation shop.

Go back to your psp and undo merged layers and move up your teapot just a tad so you can see the top of it.
Move your sparkle downwards towards the other side of the tag.

Merge visible layers and copy and paste into animation shop after current animation.

Continue to do the steps above until your teapot is all the way to the top of your tag and your sparkle is all the way at the other side of the tag.

Once you have your tag the way you like it.
Save it as a gif and you are done.
