Beary Christmas-Tutorial




This Tutorial was written by Kristi on 11-19-09

This was written in psp 9 but is compatible in any version of Psp.

Supplies used in this Tutorial

The art of Suzanne Woolcott, You must obtain a license to use her art. You can get this here.

Mask is by Weescottlass which you can get at her blog here.

The number of the mask that I used is 236.

All other supplies are from the kit Beary Christmas which was designed by me.

You can purchase that here. This kit is also available in tagger sized.


Let's get started

Open up a white canvas 600x600

Open up your supplies and minimize them in your psp.

Open up the scallop frame and place this in the middle of your canvas.

Using your magic wand tool click inside of the frame and go to selections modify expand by 4

Add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a color or paper of your choice.


Next keep your marching ants inside of the frame and open up your tube and place this inside of the frame.

Open up your other supplies and place them where you desire on your tag.

Adding a shadow of choice to each of the layers.


Next add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a color of your choice.

Go to layers new mask layer from image. Find your mask in the drop down box.

Click ok. Go to your layer palette ungroup the layers by right clicking.

Then delete the mask layer and check yes to the box that pops up.

Save your tag and you are done.
