This was written in Psp 9 but is compatible in any version.
Supplies used in this Tutorial
Tube is the art of Ismael Rac which you must obtain a license to use his art.

Template is by Sylly Creationz and it is the Template called Party Girl.

Font is Bank Gothic
All other supplies are from the kit So Beary Sweet by me which you can purchase here.
Lets get started
Open up your template and remove the copyright layers.
Open up your tube and minimize this in your psp.
Next open up a paper of choice
Click on the layer that says Small Pink Circle and go to selections select all float defloat.
Add a new raster layer and place your paper of choice inside of the circle.
Remove the circle layer.
Keep your marching ants inside of the circle and place your tube inside of the circle.
To remove any excess tube or paper go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Add a shadow to the tube and circle.
Go to the White circle layer and select this and add a new raster layer and flood fill with another paper or color of choice. Remove the circle layer.
Add a shadow of choice.
Click on the middle Pink circle layer and select it and add a new raster layer and flood fill this layer with a color or paper of choice.
Remove the circle layer.
Do the same thing for the diamond shape as well as the rectangle layers.
Do the same thing for the diamond shape as well as the rectangle layers.
After you are done decorate your tag with the elements and text as desired.
Add a shadow of choice to each of the layers.
Merge visible layers and add a new raster layer.
Flood fill this with a color of choice and add your mask to this layer.

Place your copyright on your tag and you are done.
