This Tutorial was written in psp 9 and Animation Shop but is compatible in any version.

Supplies used in this Tutorial

Tube is the art of Rion Vernon which you must obtain a license to use his art. You can get this CILM

Template is #341 From Missy at Divine Intentions You can get this here.

All other supplies are from the kit Lil Sailor designed by me which is available for purchase here.

Let's get started

Open up your template and remove your copyright information.

Remove the word art and the Dotted lines and the Thin Rectangle.

Open up your life saver and place this as your bottom layer.

Click on the Large circle layer go to selections select all float, defloat

add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a paper or color of choice.

Click on the inside circle layer and go to selections select all float defloat add a new raster layer.

Flood fill this with a color of your choice.
Do the above steps for your frames and rectangles.

Click inside of your frame layers and add a new raster layer and flood fill this with a paper or color of choice.
Add your elements inside of your frames where desired.

Add your word art and text where desired.

Place your tube inside of your circle.
Place your other elements where you desire on your tag.
Be sure to add a shadow of choice to all of your elements.

Animate your tag if desired by taking your ship wheels and rotating them 3 times by 90 degrees.

Save your tag as gif and you are done.
