Font of choice

The scrapkit I used was called Three For Tea by me, which you can get here.
This kit is available in tagger size.
Ok let's get started...

Open template #18 in psp. Increase canvas size to 700 x 700 just so you have loads of room to work with. Click inside one of the hearts. Selection all float defloat. Expand modify x3. Open scrap paper of choice. (or you can fill with color of choice) Copy and pasta as a new layer. Resize as needed. Selections invert, delete. Selections none. Move this layer so it is directly below the heart outline layer. Repeat this process to the second heart. Click on one heart outline ata time. Fill with whatever color of choice to each outline. I did opposite colors to what was filled in the hearts. Click on the slim rectangle layer. Open scrap paper of choice. (or you can fill with color of choice) Copy and pasta as a new layer. Resize as needed. Selections invert, delete. Selections none.

What you want to do now is add your tube of choice to one of the hearts. Place it how you wish it to look. Delete and excess that is hanging below the heart. I allowed some of the tube to hang above the heart layer. When happy add ad rop shadow of choice to the tube layer. For the second heart I just added various decorations to it. Decorate with doodles and flowers as you like. When happy add a drop shadow of choice to each layer.

There are three sets of hearts. Fill with color of choice. Apply drop shadow of choice to each set of hearts as you like.

Click on the word art on the template. Change the colors to how you wish them to be. Once you are happy add a drop shadow of choice to each layer.

Open the kitty tube that is within the kit. Copy and paste as a new layer. Resize as needed. Arrange how you would like it to appear on the word princess. I made it look like she was at the end getting ready to swat flowers. When happy add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on the very top layer. New layer. Draw an elipse and fill it with a color of choice. Fill with a color of choice that compliments the tag. Selections none. Apply guassian blur 40%. Send to the bottom. Arrange how you wish it to peek out on the tag. Open flower spill from the kit. Copy and paste as a new layer. Arrange it how you want it to look on the layer directly above the guassian blur layer you just created. When happy add a very soft drop shadow of choice. Click back up to the top layer.

Add your text where you are happy now. Apply any appropriate copyright information. Crop and resize as needed. Save as a png or jpeg and you're done.
