This was written in psp 9 but is compatible in any version.
Supplies used in this Tutorial
Tube is by Elias Chatzoudis which you can get his work at MPT.
All other supplies are from my kit No Boys Allowed which you can get here.
This kit is available in tagger size.
Let's get started
Open up a white canvas 600x600
Open up your scallop frame and paste this in the middle of your canvas.
Add a shadow of choice.
Next open a paper of choice and place this just below the scallop layer.
Click inside of your scallop with your magic wand tool and go to selections modify expand by 2 and go to selections invert. Go to your paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard. This will get rid of any excess paper.
Next using you rectangle preset shape and thickness is what you desire. Draw a frame in the middle of your tag. Add a shadow of choice. Add a new raster layer and flood fill this layer with a color of your choice.
Click inside of the frame with your magic wand tool and copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Add a shadow of choice.
To get rid of any excess tube go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Open up your elements of choice and place them where you desire on your tag.
Adding a shadow to each element.
Open up another 2 papers of choice and make 2 rectangles and place them on top of each other. Place these at the bottom area of your tag.
Add a shadow to each layer.
Add your text and copyright and you are done.
